Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom and handmade nature of these art dolls, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives significantly damaged due to shipping.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and the damaged item.
- Depending on the situation, I may offer a partial refund or help file a claim with the shipping provider.
- I do not accept returns for minor imperfections, as each doll is a handcrafted art piece with unique characteristics.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you need to cancel before shipping, please contact me within 24 hours of purchase.
